	COST EFFICIENT: Renovation Builders Risk is cost efficient because the coverage is pro-rated on a monthly basis. There are no minimum earned premiums and you only pay for the insurance you use. The annual premium is paid at closing and a portion of the premium may be included in the loan amount. Premiums are earned monthly for up to one year. If you complete your renovation project and sell the property property or obtain other financing during the year, the unearned premiums are credited back to your account and returned to you. Your project is insured by an endorsement to your lender's master contract. Your lender requests coverage for your project online with Renovation Builders Risk and pays the permium via electronic funds transfer.
